The Jose Padilla case is one of the biggest terrorist cases out there.
But the Attorney General seems to have forgotten to tell Congress that he worked on the case.
So now, not only do we have multiple attornies who formerly worked as terrorist advocates, now we have an Attorney General who advocated for the terrorists.
Somebody’s gotta defend these guys, but do they all have to cluster at the Justice Department?
In World War II, did we seek out lawyers who had represented Nazis, and then put them all in the Justice department?
